Modcraft Services Directors, Jack, Gareth, and Carl are a group of highly motivated and hard-working individuals who share a mutual interest in building/construction, social activities as well as community engagement on the Surf Coast. Having completed several successful projects together as contractors, they realised that their ambitions, drive, and dreams aligned perfectly. This realisation led them to merge their three businesses, combining their builder’s license, skills, contacts, resources, and assets.
Since coming together as a unified team, they have experienced continuous growth and success which motivates them and galvanises their belief they are on the right track.
Their collective mission is to establish a people-first business model, where every individual involved in the project journey is valued and respected, regardless of their role. They are deeply passionate about making a significant impact on the construction industry, aiming to set higher standards for operational efficiencies and elevate the overall client experience.
